About the Role & Team
As a Contract Administrator at Capella Space, you will join a dynamic and innovative team rapidly scaling and supporting contracts that span a broad gamut, including software licenses, partner agreements, government contracts, international agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and reseller agreements, ensuring comprehensive coverage for significant diverse growth and business needs. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Contracts & Supply Chain, your primary responsibility will be to manage, review, and maintain company contracts to ensure compliance, accuracy, and adherence to organizational policies.. This role involves coordinating with internal departments, managing NDA's, electronic filing / organization of contracts, negotiating contract terms, supporting business development reviews, and managing contracted deliverables. This position requires a deep understanding of legal and contractual frameworks, exceptional organizational skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving space environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Contract Lifecycle Management
Act as a point of contact for contract-related queries and support.
Ensure Contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, company policies and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and finance teams, to ensure Customer requirements and contractual obligations are met.
Maintain accurate and organized contract files, ensuring all relevant documentation is stored securely, distributed appropriately, and is easily accessible.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve contract administration processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, law, or a related field.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $103,146 - $136,669. The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity.
