Job Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing bulk email campaigns, overseeing customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and executing social media marketing strategies. This position requires a creative and results-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our overall marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Bulk Email Management :

Create, schedule, and send bulk email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar tools.

  • Segment email lists to ensure targeted communication with specific customer groups.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) and adjust strategies for improvement.
  • Ensure email campaigns are compliant with anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • CRM Management :

    • Oversee the companys CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to ensure accurate customer data and smooth workflow.

  • Segment customer lists, track customer behavior, and use CRM data to improve marketing strategies.
  • Monitor customer interactions and manage follow-ups to ensure high levels of engagement.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing CRM processes to improve customer retention and sales conversions.
  • Social Media Marketing :

    • Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Create and curate engaging content to promote the brand and drive engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, track analytics, and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries or comments promptly.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and ads.

    • Key Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in bulk email marketing, CRM management, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Constant Contact, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Experience in creating and managing social media ads, posts, and content calendars.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the performance of campaigns and improve strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and SEO best practices is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and customer engagement.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Knowledge of email automation and segmentation strategies.
  • Previous experience with eCommerce or lead generation.
