About the Role

Orchard is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to help improve conversion throughout our sales and transaction funnel. This role will work closely with marketing, sales, product, and brokerage teams to create automated, cross-channel campaigns focused on delivering valuable content to our potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate for this role has hands-on experience executing within marketing automation tools at a start-up or fast-growing company. This is a Full Time role.

What You'll Do Here :

• Create and deploy cross-channel campaigns within our marketing automation tools.
• Identify testing opportunities to drive improved campaign performance aimed at delivering against our company growth goals.
• Measure results on a daily and weekly basis against campaign-specific conversion metrics.
• Institute and maintain industry best practices across CRM platforms and channels.
• Operate cross-functionally across marketing, sales, design, product, and engineering to ensure the appropriate messaging is delivered at the right cadence and to the right individual.

This is a remote role for the following states : Georgia, Texas, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington, Florida, or California

The pay range for this position in Denver, CO is $80k-$100k / year. The actual base pay offered may vary within the range provided depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, depending on the position offered. Please note that the range provided is applicable only to Denver-based applicants. Base compensation may vary if the work location is outside of Denver.
