Roles & Responsibilities :
Experience implementing Global rollout of Veeva CRM both in Development and Support phases. Closely work with all the business and IT stakeholders and different applications. Closely work with development and testing teams to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolves complex issues Should be able to handle inquiries regarding technical issues, information requests on application capabilities Provide coordinated support for new releases and configuration changes into production.
