Title : Tech Finance / Technical Portfolio Analysts (City portfolio + ITD budget)

Duration : 11 months contract

Location : Tucson, AZ

In this position we are looking for Technical portfolio Analyst to join and support the team.

Responsibilities and key deliverables :

• Resolve issues of incorrect / inconsistent charging of technology line items to wrong cost centers.
• Track & ensure ITD signoff for ANY expenditures tied to technical cost centers
• Track FY 25 transfers
• Current funds transferred with items owned by IT
• Remaining balance mgmt by dept (tracking amounts to transfer over, ensuring captured)
• Maintain overarching full list of $ to be allocated to ITD in FY26
