Job description
A company is looking for a Salesforce CRM Technical Analyst to design, implement, support, and enhance their Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions and support end-to-end Sales Cloud processes
Implement and support bi-directional integration between Salesforce and enterprise systems, troubleshooting integration issues as needed
Lead data management efforts including migration, cleansing, and establishing data quality standards
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a technical or techno-functional role
Strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, SOQL, Flows, and Lightning Web Components
Proven experience with enterprise integrations using APIs and middleware platforms
Solid experience with data migration and quality management
Hands-on integration experience with Oracle ERP & HCM, Deltek, and Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365
