Position Overview
The CRM Specialist, a fully remote position, will report directly to the Senior Manager, CRM, and plays a critical role in the setup, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and transactional communications that leverage our customer contact info, including but not limited to email, SMS, on-site messaging, and direct mail campaigns.
Essential job functions :
- Maintain CRM marketing calendar to keep cross-functional teams informed of upcoming and in-progress campaigns
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our email and SMS platforms, learn and understand its capabilities, advocate for ways to increase efficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and make recommendations for improved performance
- Manage creation of ad hoc promotional campaigns and maintenance of transactional email / sms campaigns, including, but not limited to, conducting A / B testing, audience segmentation, scheduling deliveries and designing automated trigger logic to continuously optimize and improve campaign performance and executional excellence
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, email opt-outs, automation triggers and other aspects of email and sms execution
- Monitor email and SMS campaign performance using KPIs, analyze data to obtain insights, and send weekly / monthly reports on all findings
- Own email creative briefs, copy requests, and updates for new & existing email programs, ensuring all assets are aligned with brand tone
