Max bill $38 / hr Position is onsite @ : 13000 E. 35th Street South, Independence, MO 64055 Mon-Fri 8a-5p Duration : 12 months with the potential for hire for the right fit / if a FT role becomes available Two rounds of interviews. First round will be via Teams. Second will be in-person with two panels of two. The HR Coordinator performs a variety of human resources (HR) support responsibilities relating to the implementation and administration of Independence HR policies, procedure, and programs. Serves as an advocate for the employee, management, and the Plant. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. Role expectations : New Hire Orientation ownership, execution, and stakeholder management Payroll process SME Liaison for coordinating external / internal Unilever-Independence functions. Blue collar recruiting support. Blue collar attendance and performance reporting HR systems management SME (as specified) Engagement team co-lead and key executor of targeted engagement activities Ability to assume specified People Experience Lead (HR Generalist) and Payroll functions as assigned. Performs other related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field and / or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years related experience
- Experience in FMCG / Client (nice to have)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
