The Marketing Services Department is dedicated to enhancing Stuller's brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution of innovative marketing initiatives.
A Stuller Production Graphic Designer brings design talent, a strong work ethic, ambition, and a positive attitude to the office, and their work, every day. They are the steady presence within the creative team - always ready to take on the big tasks that require focus, patience, and long-term vision. They are comfortable working independently and enjoy spending time with the "little details" that make a project perfect.
The Production Graphic Designer creates marketing materials that visually communicate Stuller's jewelry products and services to a multitude of customer types. Their primary focus is that of product catalog design. This role utilizes LAGO, a module-based media management software used in tandem with Adobe InDesign, to produce marketing print materials.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Production Team on new and recurring projects, taking initiative and listening to feedback.
- Adapt to various tasks and phases of projects, demonstrating flexibility to meet tight deadlines and last-minute changes.
- Develop marketing materials, primarily focusing on product catalog design, using LAGO and Adobe InDesign.
- Deliver high-quality work quickly and efficiently to keep project timelines on track.
- Understand target audiences and ensure designs align with campaign goals.
- Manage workload effectively, communicating needs and potential issues to the team.
- Employ creative problem-solving skills to propose new techniques and push the project's creative vision.
- Advocate for design work by sharing ideas and providing rationale that connects to the Stuller brand and campaign strategy.
