For more information, visit Follow Shield AI on , , , and .  Job Description : The Curriculum Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and managing Shield AI’s V-BAT educational material. They will ensure training products are innovative and compliant with both US Department of Defense service guidance, export regulations, and, when appropriate, international airworthiness standards. They will play a critical role in ensuring that end users are well-equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to employ Shield AI’s industry-leading autonomous intelligence, reconnaissance, and surveillance product line in the most challenging operational environments worldwide.

What you'll do :

• Design and develop comprehensive curriculum materials, including training manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
• Stay abreast of service requirements, international airworthiness standards, industry trends and technological advancements to continually enhance training materials.
