We recognize the value of diverse perspectives in everything we do, and strive to ensure employees of all levels and backgrounds feel empowered to voice their ideas and bring their authentic selves to work.What you'll do here : Manage our Skills and Bootcamp roadmapsThink methodically about learning objectives and how they map to skills and job rolesWork closely with our Senior Cybersecurity Researcher and SMEReview outlines, videos, assessments, technical articles and projects for technical accuracy.Be a key contributor to our AI strategy for content and product innovation.Act as the primary liaison between content and product teams.Be the team lead for Canvas implementations and knowledge.Map all content to the NICE framework and to our Infosec RolesUpdate and manage all Boot Camp content and the processes for Bootcamp and Skills content.Contribute to the review of Cyber Range content for technical accuracy and seek areas to improve and expand content selectionsWork with other subject matter experts on curriculum updatesWork with internal teams to identify and address areas for improvement on an ongoing basisCollaborate with production teams to ensure content alignment with learning objectivesFind opportunities for process improvements, using data to measure impact.Skills you will need here : Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProven experience managing multiple projects at a timeExperience with cross-team collaborationA well-developed sense of ownership and accountability5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, curriculum, training and development and project management is desired with significant hands-on experience with Canvas.Intermediate to advanced industry knowledge in cybersecurity and familiarity with industry certifications and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, etc.At least 5 industry recognized cybersecurity certification requiredCengage Group is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
