Where We Need You

We are looking for a Specialized Learning Leader Curriculum to join our Global Learning & Development (L&D) team. Protiviti works in a hybrid environment, and this role requires that you work in-person in our office several times per week.

What You Can Expect

The Protiviti Global L&D team provides exceptional development opportunities for our people beginning with everyone's first day on the job continuing throughout their career. We focus on innovation in learning, and we work with our business leaders to support our business growth and organization development and transformation goals.

As a Specialized Learning Leader, you will lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of assigned learning curricula and support broader learning portfolio initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders, subject matter experts, instructional designers, and vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions that meet business needs and support learner success.

You are organized, collaborative, and solutions-oriented. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and are passionate about creating impactful learning experiences. You use data, feedback, and business insight to continuously improve learning programs and ensure positive learner outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Partner with business stakeholders to assess learning needs, gather input, align expectations, and recommend learning solutions that support successful learning outcomes.
  • Create and maintain curricula, learning roadmaps, and learning journeys.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, facilitators, and vendors throughout the curriculum development process.
  • Own and manage assigned curriculum initiatives, including project plans, timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and successful execution from planning through launch and evaluation.
  • Ensure learning solutions align with business objectives and learner needs.
  • Contribute to learning design decisions and support the creation of engaging learning experiences.
  • Monitor curriculum effectiveness through learner feedback, business input, and program metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for curriculum enhancements and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate learning launches and support implementation activities.
  • Maintain curriculum documentation, governance standards, and quality processes.
  • Support global learning initiatives and help ensure consistency across regions and learning programs.
  • Stay current on learning trends, technologies, and best practices and recommend improvements where appropriate.

What Will Help You Be Successful

  • Experience managing learning projects from design through implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot) and AI tools used in the learning development process.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of one or more portfolio domains (e.g., innovation, leadership, delivery, technology).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, web conferencing platforms, course authoring tools, and/or other learning technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting business leaders throughout the learning development process.
  • Ability to travel up to 20-25%.
