Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business Administration, English, Communications). 3–5+ years of technical writing experience, Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one). Expert proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Active Secret clearance required; TS / SCI preferred depending on mission requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, edit, and maintain technical documents, manuals, and reports.
- Gather, interpret, and synthesize source material from engineers, warfighting experts, and other SMEs.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with doctrinal standards and formatting requirements.
- Improve clarity, consistency, and accuracy of tactical and technical information.
- Utilize expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce high‑quality documentation.
- Apply strong writing, grammar, and organizational skills to all deliverables.
- Support the development of graphics and visual components (preferred).
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
