The Role at a Glance
Under the supervision of the Program Director, Program Support, the Curriculum and Accessibility Project Specialist II supports the agency by reviewing and approving curriculum to ensure it meets agency standards and accessibility requirements. This position involves working closely with divisional stakeholders and acting as a subject matter expert on curriculum and accessibility matters. This position is responsible for performing accessibility remediation for Headquarters.
This position reports to the Program Director, Program Support.
Qualifications of the Role
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
One year of related experience in curriculum development, accessibility, or a related field.
Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
Equivalency : Will consider an associate’s degree with three years of curriculum development and accessibility experience or a high school diploma / GED with five years of curriculum development and accessibility experience.
