Primrose School of Frisco at Independence is looking for a dedicated Education Coach to support our amazing Wonder Program, serving children from 7 weeks to 3 years of age. This is your opportunity to help shape the foundation of early learning while guiding and inspiring a team of educators.
As Wonder Curriculum Director, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the growth and success of our early childhood teachers. Confident, well-supported teachers create safe, nurturing, and engaging classrooms and you will be at the heart of building that environment. You will work alongside our Senior Venture Curriculum Director to provide high-quality coaching, guidance, and training to ensure excellence in both teaching practices and student experiences. The Wonder Program is designed specifically for our youngest learners, focusing on nurturing curiosity, building strong emotional connections, and supporting early developmental milestones. Through intentional teaching and responsive caregiving, we create a warm, engaging environment where infants and toddlers feel safe to explore, discover, and grow.
