Job descriptionGreet customers professionally and assess service and repair needs Communicate clearly about maintenance recommendations and repair options Prepare accurate estimates, work orders, and invoices using the shops POS system Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and quality control Maintain inventory control and order parts as needed Monitor profit margins and help achieve sales and productivity goals Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships Generate new business by calling on local commercial accounts and fleet customers Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area Mentor less experienced team members and promote a collaborative team culture Monday through Friday no weekends Occasional overtime may be available High School Diploma or equivalent required 3+ years of sales or customer service experience in an automotive repair or service environment preferred Knowledge of fleet accounts and aftermarket warranty companies is a plus Section 609 Certification (EPA) preferred or willingness to obtain Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 18 years old with a valid state drivers license and clean driving record Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and certification growth
