Maintenance Supervisor – Food Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations and personnel within our production department. This role ensures all company standards are met with a strong focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct production line staff daily.

• Maintain adherence to safety, food safety, GMP, HACCP, SOPs, and company policies.

• Provide training, coaching, and performance management for team members.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and troubleshoot issues quickly.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing.

• 5+ years of leadership experience, including scheduling and managing performance.

• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and quality standards.

• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills.
