Teamwork, integrity and compassion are core values of our company, and we go to great lengths to ensure that our employees are satisfied and rewarded for the work that they do. / ph3Responsibilities / h3ulliPerform janitorial duties / liliPerform all duties listed on the daily schedule / liliOperate motorized cleaning equipment / liliMaintain daily upkeep of assigned area / liliReport incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor / liliComply with safety rules, policies, and procedures / liliStop at risk behavior of others and self / liliPerform work assignments in a team with other employees / liliPerform repetitive tasks / liliMaintain clean work area / liliFollow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules / liliTake direction and respond to supervision / liliTalk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner / liliFill in during staff shortage / liliSupport shift lead in completing punch-list items / liliUse proper personal protective equipment / liliPresent a professional appearance and conduct / liliUnderstand customer service and satisfaction / liliUnderstand reporting systems, and of the environment / li / ulh3Qualifications / h3ulliMay be required to have a valid drivers license. / liliCompleted all safety and task training certification. / liliMay be required to be forklift certified. / liliBilingual a plus / liliAbility to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents / liliStrong verbal and written communication skills / liliKnowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team / liliKnowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment / liliKnowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use / liliNo specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. / li / ulpCompensation : $16.00-$17.00 per hour / ppShifts : 6 AM - 11 AM.
