Job descriptionMust be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Experience in custodial or janitorial work is preferred but not required. Ability to pass the level 2 background check and badging process required for all locations Ability to pass in-office drug test Capable of following instructions and working independently. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Physical stamina needed to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects if needed. Flexibility to work in the afternoon and evenings (this will open up the most opportunities for you). High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Schedule : 2nd Shift Hours - Afternoon / Evening Availability is REQUIRED for this position. Shifts range from 2pm-8pm - 3pm-9pm - and 4pm-10pm.

Our client is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join the custodial services team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various school facilities within Seminole County.
Basic Responsibilities :
- Perform general cleaning duties on campus, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming as needed.
- Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.
- Sanitizing and restock restrooms.
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other surfaces using cleaning chemicals safely.
- Responding promptly to cleaning requests and urgent matters.
- Maintaining cleanliness of hallways, classrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Operating custodial equipment and machinery safely.
