Position at SBM Management
The Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.
We are searching for a hardworking dependable individual to join the team as our company continues to grow! We have an immediate opening for a custodian that wants to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Perform janitorial duties
- Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
- Operate motorized cleaning equipment
- Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
- Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Stop at risk behavior of others and self
- Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
- Perform repetitive tasks
- Maintain clean work area
- Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction and respond to supervision
- Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
- Fill in during staff shortage
- Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand customer service and satisfaction
- Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
Qualifications
Compensation : $15.00-$16.00 per hour
Shift s : Overnight Tuesday-Saturday 10 : 00pm-6 : 30am
