TITLE : Custodian

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Perform custodial duties such as clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, kitchen, and other areas of assigned buildings in the District.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Education and / or experience equivalent to a High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform essential duties
• Six (6) months of custodial or cleaning experience (preferred)
• State of Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card

WORKING CONDITIONS :

Hazardous chemicals and dangerous machinery

PHYSICAL EFFORT :

Bend, stoop, lift, climb

Lift, move, or carry up to 80 pounds of materials

Climb to various heights and work in confined spaces

Operate large and small power driven machinery such as vacuum, sweeper, buffer or other similar equipment
