JOB DESCRIPTION
The Account Manager is responsible for generating revenue by selling exhibit space, targeting new organizations and opportunities, while maintaining current exhibitor relationships. The role collaborates with the Exhibits Director and Strategic Partnership team to cross-sell exhibit space and sponsorship items.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales & Revenue Generation – Drive exhibit hall revenue through telephone solicitation, emails, written correspondence, and in-person meetings while researching and securing new exhibitors.
- Client Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors and sponsors, ensuring timely communication and fulfillment of agreements.
- Exhibitor Logistics & Support – Manage exhibitor logistics, ensuring all paperwork, deadlines, and participation requirements are met while supporting on-site exhibitor activities.
- Exhibitor Management Software Utilization – Use exhibitor management tools to assign space, develop booths, and process floor plans efficiently.
- Sales Materials & Documentation – Oversee the creation and distribution of sales materials, proposals, and digital resources to support exhibitor engagement and revenue growth.
