JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- 2 Years of college or 2 years provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience in a health care or health insurance environment.
- Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
- Data entry and / or typing experience.
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational and independent decision making skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft suite, basic Excel skills are required.
- Detail oriented
