This position is responsible for interacting with providers to provide information in response to inquiries from Transportation Providers regarding members, services, handling and resolving complaints, as well as providing superior customer service to all external and internal customers.

- Assists Transportation Providers with transportation questions and concerns.
- Assists with schedules, modifies, and cancels reservations as requested.
- Obtains and documents details of any complaints / incidents being filed.
- Receives and assists with documenting provider concerns.
- Ensures accurate trip data input.
- Refers unresolved transportation provider / member grievances to designated department for further investigation and resolution.
- Supports trip corrections, mileage / cost adjustments, cancellations, and retro trips are documented according to Company policies and procedures.
- Attends all required meetings.
- Answers Transportation Provider call line
- Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.

Salary : $ 14.23 - $19.21 hourly
