As a Senior Donation and Family Advocate, you'll play a crucial role in supporting families through the organ, tissue, and eye donation process. This position involves hospital rounding to assess donor readiness, participating in huddles with hospital partners, and informing families about their loved one's donor status. If you're ready to advocate for donation and support families during critical moments, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Advocate for Donation :

Conduct hospital rounding to assess donor families' readiness for donation conversations.

Identify the legal decision-maker and provide the option for donation.

Guide families through the donation process, explaining authorization, procedures, timing, and recovery.

Participate in community events and education opportunities.

Mentor and train team members in job skills and advanced principles.
