Job description
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to manage customer orders and inquiries in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage customer orders, including manual entry and verification, while adhering to business rules
Handle inbound calls and inquiries regarding order placement, status, and returns, triaging as necessary
Investigate and resolve customer issues related to shipments, pricing, and order discrepancies
Required Qualifications :
Degree or equivalent with 1+ years of relevant customer service experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Familiarity with Sales Force and SAP is preferred
Ability to work in a Windows environment and manage multiple tasks
Strong self-motivation and sense of urgency in completing tasks
