Customer Service Representative
Location : Odessa, Florida (On-site)
Duration : 13 weeks
Pay : $16.00 / hour
Shift : 12 PM - 9 PM (Weekends required, two consecutive midweek days off)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service and ensure seamless operations. In this role, you will engage with customers, business partners, and drivers to uphold our commitment to outstanding service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Monitor and track delivery routes, ensuring timely fulfillment
Scan and verify haul-away pods and delivery stamps
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Diagnose and troubleshoot customer concerns effectively
Qualifications & Skills
Required :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred :
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of customer service experience (preferably in a call center)
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Capacity to perform under pressure while delivering excellent customer service
