Responsibilities:
--Demonstrate a “servant’s heart” by creating unique and personalized experiences
--Assist customers by phone, email, chat, text, and social media
--Schedule service reservations for customers
--Own all customer issues or concerns
--Escalate customer concerns as needed
--Work closely with sales and service departments to resolve any issues
Requirements:
--High school diploma
--Organization and attention to detail
--Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
--Strong written and verbal communication skills
--Genuine desire to solve problems
--Ability to think critically
--Ability to show empathy toward customers while handling their requests
--Ability to actively listen
--A minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
--Ability to multitask
--Availability to work evenings and weekends
--Previous hospitality industry experience preferred
