Fred's Appliance is looking for inbound call takers for our Customer Care department.
Job Description :
As a Customer Care Representative you will be answering inbound phone calls from a call queue, respond appropriately and resolve calls in an efficient manner. Inbound calls will include answering appliance questions, resolving immediate customer concerns, rerouting customers to the right department, and scheduling technician to a customer's home.
What we offer :
- Set schedule Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
- No weekends, evenings or holidays
- Vacation and sick / personal leave (after qualification period)
- Medical Benefits (after qualification period)
- 401K contribution (after qualification period)
