As a Customer Success Engineer, you’ll act as the technical champion for our customers, ensuring they achieve success through seamless onboarding, smooth integrations, and ongoing support. You’ll play a key role in helping customers maximize the value of Finvari’s platform by solving complex technical challenges, enabling tailored solutions, and driving continuous improvement in their workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementations for new customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and seamless integration with the Finvari platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data, integration, and API issues with precision, minimizing disruption and improving the customer experience
- Design and implement tailored solutions for customers, helping them configure workflows and maximize the platform’s potential
- Proactively identify and address recurring technical challenges, recommending improvements to processes and product functionality
- Build and refine scalable processes for supporting customers, creating technical documentation and resources to streamline future implementations
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to advocate for customer needs and influence platform development
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to identify innovative ways to improve the customer journey and deliver value

Benefits include :
The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 plus equity. Where your pay would fall within that range will be based on relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
This is a hybrid role that allows for remote work flexibility. Once a week, we get together for in-person team collaboration and a team lunch in our Seattle office.
At this time, Finvari is not able to sponsor employment based visas such as H1-B. Candidates must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
