Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in East El Paso. I have been a State Farm agent since 1999. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee. I am a second generation State Farm agent. I am a proud graduate of UTEP. Additional languages spoken : Spanish

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Team Casillas - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
