Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to customer emails, phone calls, and live chats with clear, professional, grammatically correct communication
  • Identify customer needs, ask effective clarifying questions, and provide accurate, helpful solutions
  • Troubleshoot common issues and follow written procedures for a variety of support topics
  • Resolve customer concerns with a customer-first mindset; you’ll be empowered to “make it right”
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and thoroughly
  • Enter orders and update customer / order details accurately in our systems
  • Escalate complex issues when needed and follow through to completion
  • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma / GED
  • Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role
  • Strong computer skills and comfort working in browser-based systems and Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent written communication skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to stay calm with frustrated customers
  • Strong problem-solving ability and good judgment
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
