Highlights of Your Role :

• Act as the main contact for customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and precise assistance.
• Train dealer partners on Marvin's Order Management software, products, and warranty processes via virtual or in-person sessions.
• Take ownership of customer interactions from initiation to resolution, providing solutions that align with Marvin's policies and service standards.
• Support the onboarding process for new dealers and partners, aiding in account setup and initial training.

Compensation : $23.48 - $29.36 per hour, dependent on experience.
