Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the customer. Advise customers on necessary / suggested services and costs; including special promotions Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work Keep customers informed of any changes that occur Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer Provide a completely satisfied customer experience Maintain a record of carryover vehicles Maintain a record of special order parts status Document flat rate time or other required timekeeping according to the service department and / or manufacturers' procedures Organized and friendly personality Demonstrated ability to manage others Time management skills Fantastic communication skills with your customers Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Consistent record of service and sales success Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results Team-oriented and self-motivated Able to work with little supervision Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Service Advisor Experience Previously Required
We are looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join our team.
One of the highest volume Subaru service departments in the Northeast!
A steady flow of work.
5 Day work week with alternating Saturdays
Family Environment
Simple pay plan with hourly wage and monthly commission.
