Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist customers with inquiries and product information.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Assist customers with locating products and providing recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
