We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our retail team in Durham, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, ensuring the accuracy of customer records, and overseeing customer credit application processes. This opportunity offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities :
Process customer credit applications accurately
Effectively manage outbound customer calls
Maintain accurate records of customer credit information
Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
Maintain efficiency and a positive attitude while interacting with customers
Exhibit excellent multi-tasking capabilities in handling various customer service tasks
Demonstrate proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Demonstrated customer service skills, preferably within the retail industry
A minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle customer complaints and queries effectively
Good problem-solving skills, able to think quickly and provide solutions
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Proficiency with computer systems, including retail sales software
Strong team player, able to work well with others
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent education level
Knowledge of retail products and services is a plus
Must always maintain a detail oriented and friendly demeanor.
