Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their wireless needs.
• Clearly explain the features, benefits, and costs of various TruConnect plans and devices.
• Guide customers through the enrollment and activation process with a smile.
• Resolve customer issues with the efficiency of a seasoned project manager who's actually on schedule for once.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all promotions and product offerings so you're not caught off guard.
• Educate customers on how to maximize their new plans, like a cool tech guru (but without the obnoxious catchphrases).
• Collaborate with Customer Service Representative team members to share best practices and collectively celebrate wins.
• Accurately record customer information and sales data, so our spreadsheets stay happy and organized.
