Salary : 25.00 hourly

Planet Wine, Inc a family-owned and operated wine import business based in Richmond, California and established in 2007 is seeking a dynamic Customer Service / Sales Assistant with a positive attitude and personal integrity to join our team.

This is an on-site position and will be part-time : Monday-Thursday 10 : 00 am -5 : 00 pm. Additional hours may be required on occasion. The start date will be 4 / 1 / 2025.

This part-time position does not offer full benefits. It does offer paid sick leave, paid Holidays (prorated at the number of regularly scheduled hours worked) and participation in the Company 401k plan with a 4% employer match.

Position duties and responsibilities :

v Answering phone calls and emails from customers, vendors and sales team

v Responding to vendors and customers billing inquiries and requests regarding product information, product availability, pricing, shipping options and order tracking

v Order and invoice processing

v Organizing delivery schedules for drivers

v Assist with Customer account set up, credit applications and information updates

v Assist with coordination of pick-ups for out-of-state orders

v Assist with Accounts Receivable as needed

v Document organization and filing

Required qualifications :

v Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google platforms

v Experience with Encompass software a plus!

v Previous experience in the Alcoholic Beverage Industry is a plus!

v Excellent organizational & time management skills

v Ability to multi-task

v Detail oriented

v Excellent communication and phone skills, excellent English verbal and written communication skills, French is a plus!

v Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude

v Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
