Ensure a smooth customer experience by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Educate clients about tax preparation processes and related products. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency. Stay updated on tax laws and company policies to provide accurate information. Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction. High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or financial setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computer systems and basic software applications. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude and a passion for helping others. Availability to work flexible hours during tax season.
