Customer Service Specialist
Position Summary :
HR Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our growing manufacturing client in the Evansville, IN area.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, and services through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide detailed information on product specifications, pricing, availability, and lead times, ensuring that customers make informed decisions.
- Assist with processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and managing product inventory, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, product quality, shipping discrepancies, and technical questions about company products.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and accurate delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, orders, complaints, and resolutions.
- Assist customers with customizing orders, including printing options, sizes, and material types, based on their specific needs.
- Provide follow-up on previous customer inquiries and orders, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.
- Contribute to team training and sharing of best practices to improve customer experience.
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude in all customer interactions, and represent the company in a professional manner.
