Provide exceptional customer service and consulting support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. 3. Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to resolving customer issues. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 8.
