Description
The Customer Service Clerk will perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support and promote efficient departmental operations. This position requires a candidate that delivers excellent service standards and maintains high organizational standards.
Responsibilities :
- Processing product returns credits, debits, denials and maintaining supporting spreadsheets
- Sorting, matching, and distributing of daily generated credit memos and supporting documentation
- Reception support, including phone coverage and guest intake
- Providing commercial invoice and export documentation for customer orders crossing international borders
- Preparing and mailing invoices and statements daily
- Maintaining files and records both physically and virtually so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Monitor stock of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report shortages
- Various clerical data entry and periodic customer contact center support
- Perform other office duties as assigned
