CR Fletcher is partnering with an Established company looking for Customer Service Representatives. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with issues related to the self-service experience, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. The primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by enhancing transparency and accelerating issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Guide customers through the process of placing orders via the self-service portal.
• Respond to inquiries related to customer accounts.
• Process supplier and sample withdrawal requests.
• Perform electronic imaging and document management.
• Investigate and resolve claims related to shortages and mis-shipments.
• Enter and process customer orders and pick-up requests.
• Manage inbound customer service calls from the support queue.
• Process direct orders.
• Scan and index customer credit files into the document imaging system.
• Maintain customer account information, including adding / removing partners and updating statuses for self-incorporated or inactive accounts.
• Review and remove outdated, duplicate, or obsolete documents from customer files.
• Research and correct return mail due to incorrect addresses.
• Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties and support tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency plus 1 year of experience

Knowledge with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), federal regulatory guidelines, and organizational objectives
