At Tolin Mechanical, our Customer Service team plays a critical role in how clients experience our company. This isn't just answering phones it's coordinating solutions, supporting field operations, and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, responsiveness, and care.

We're growing our Denver team and looking for a Customer Service Representative who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experience. In this role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for clients while working closely with technicians, dispatch, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Founded in 1948 in Denver, Colorado, Tolin Mechanical is a trusted HVAC contractor with locations across Colorado, Arizona, and the Mid-Atlantic. Our team is made up of skilled engineers, HVAC technicians, sales, operations, and support staff who take pride in delivering high-quality service. We provide centralized support from our Denver headquarters, so our field teams can focus on doing what they do bestsolving problems and keeping clients comfortable.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
  • Receive and coordinate service requests
  • Support scheduling and dispatch functions
  • Communicate with technicians and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Deliver clear, professional, and responsive service

Compensation & Benefits:

Average Starting Rate: $22.00-$24.00 per hour. Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.

Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Two years of post-secondary education and/or minimum of two years commercial HVAC dispatch experience preferred
  • Computer literate and technology savvy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Phone Skills
  • Ability to understand technical terminology and mechanical processes
  • Great Plains software experience a plus
  • Understanding or 3rd party work order systems
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, detail oriented, positive attitude

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Over 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2-3 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent Customer Service phone skills
  • Ability to understand technical terminology and mechanical processes
  • Computer literate and technology savvy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
