We have all morning shifts, afternoon shifts, and overnight shifts

We are scheduling interviews in our Manhattan location all this month. We will end all interviews on March 14, 2025.

Your Role :

Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, or chat

Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism

Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately

Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction

Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience

What Were Looking For :

• Problem-solving skills
• Having a high level of patience
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience (ex. Retail, restaurants, cashier, sales, and front desk)
• Bilingual is a plus, not mandatory
• High school Diploma / G.E.D is also a plus, not mandatory
