Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet and welcome customers both in person and over the phone, ensuring that they receive a positive first impression of our business.
Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage carpet cleaning appointments using our in-house software.
Inquiries: Answer questions about our services, pricing, and any other inquiries, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as filing, managing emails, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with billing processes.
Data Entry: Accurately input customer details, appointment information, and other relevant data into our system.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback post-service, and relay any concerns or suggestions to the management team.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with carpet cleaning technicians and other team members to ensure smooth operations and optimal customer service.

Required Skills Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
