RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Interact directly with our customers by providing prompt, accurate and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, payment and billing clarification.
- Build strong customer relationships, deliver solutions and consistently go above and beyond to understand customer needs and expectations.
- Works with guidance to organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement.
