Are you a people person who enjoys helping others and creating great experiences? The Rally Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!


What You’ll Do:


  • Assist clients and customers with account setup, updates, and general inquiries
  • Support enrollment processes and ensure a smooth, positive experience
  • Provide friendly, professional customer support across multiple channels
  • Help coordinate and support company events, promotions, and outreach efforts
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure client information is up to date
