FARMERS Insurance - Customer Service Sales Representative
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated Customer Service Sales Representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. If you love interacting with people and you’re interested in new opportunities, career growth, and a positive, fast-paced work environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities :
- Network and develop leads
- Establish contact with prospects and schedule appointments
- Stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
- Meet with prospective customers
- Meet with existing customers to perform policy reviews
- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct sales presentations
- Solicit referrals and follow up on sales leads generated from networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases
- Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists
- Work independently and as part of a team
