Your main responsibilities will include assisting passengers during boarding and disembarking, operating the Jetway, monitoring computerized passenger boarding systems, and guiding aircraft parking. Key Responsibilities :
- Support passengers during boarding and disembarking of flights.
- Manage computerized passenger boarding processes.
- Assist customers with special needs, such as arranging for wheelchairs and services for unaccompanied minors.
- Modify customer itineraries and seat assignments as needed.
- Operate the Jetway and ensure safe boarding procedures.
- Load and unload luggage and cargo as required.
- Drive motorized service vehicles and equipment.
- Guide and park aircraft safely.
- Perform routine cabin maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate as a team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet organizational goals.
