Your main responsibilities will include assisting passengers during boarding and disembarking, operating the Jetway, monitoring computerized passenger boarding systems, and guiding aircraft parking. Key Responsibilities :

• Support passengers during boarding and disembarking of flights.
• Manage computerized passenger boarding processes.
• Assist customers with special needs, such as arranging for wheelchairs and services for unaccompanied minors.
• Modify customer itineraries and seat assignments as needed.
• Operate the Jetway and ensure safe boarding procedures.
• Load and unload luggage and cargo as required.
• Drive motorized service vehicles and equipment.
• Guide and park aircraft safely.
• Perform routine cabin maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate as a team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet organizational goals.

Note : Employment is contingent upon possessing a valid driver's license with a clear driving record, passing a 10-year Criminal History Records Check, and completing a drug screen as required. Proof of high school diploma or GED is mandatory, and candidates must be at least 18 years old.
